What’s your pricing?
Initial Assessment- free
2 hour minimum per month, additional time billed at 30-minute increments, pro-rated.
15 free miles with rates. Each additional mile will be charged according to the current IRS rate.
Initial Set- Up Fee is charged
Warm Smiles rates are based on service.
I'm happy to discuss pricing concerns.
Do you use a service agreement?
A Let's Pay Bills & More service agreement is signed by all parties.
How do you accept payment?
I respectfully request all expenses and hourly rates be paid before or when services are rendered. Alternate arrangements can be made for clients who use services on a regular basis. Cash or check are accepted.
What if additional expenses are incurred?
The client is responsible for all additional expenses over and above the hourly rate including but not limited to third-party charges.
What are your hours of operation?
Unless other arrangements are made, I keep normal business hours; Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00, closed on holidays. Special arrangements may be made for weekend assistance.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I realize unforeseen scheduling changes arise; I thank you for making every effort to provide at least 24-hour notice of changes, including cancellations. I will do the same in return!
Is client information private?
All client information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone unless approved by the client.
Is there a returned check fee?
A fee of $35 will be assessed on any and all returned checks
